I have extensive experience in leading safeguarding, attendance, behaviour, and student wellbeing initiatives, developing and implementing strategies that deliver meaningful and lasting impact.

School Business Manager
As School Business Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our school running smoothly, ensuring everything behind the scenes supports the very best outcomes for our pupils. Having once been a pupil here myself, it’s a real privilege to now be part of the leadership team and give back to a school that means so much to me. I’m particularly passionate about securing the best value for our residentials and trips so that all children can enjoy enriching experiences, and I love bringing our school community together through events like our summer and Christmas fairs.

As senior leader in charge of our IRP, I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and has a real sense of belonging within our school community. With 16 years’ experience, and as a SENCo and Forest School Leader, I support children to learn, grow, and thrive in their own unique way through purposeful, hands-on learning experiences.
